International
- Singapore: RM50 (FREE for orders RM500 and above)
- Brunei, Philippines, Indonesia & United Arab Emirates: RM200
- Australia, Saudi Arabia & Qatar: RM320
- Rest of the world: RM400
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance (typically 2–14 working days).
- Import duties and taxes are not included — they are collected by the courier or local customs on delivery, and are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (Malaysia) or 30 days (international), on items that are unworn, unused and in original condition with the hang tag intact.
All returns must be approved first — email info@traceystar.com with your order number. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping is non-refundable.
Non-returnable: Final Sale / clearance items, free gifts, promotional items (e.g. “2nd item @ RM1”), gift cards and personalised items.
International orders: change-of-mind returns are refunded as store credit; import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

I love it! When u design the next one, do put a compartment outside for small stuff such as handphone, tissue etc so that don’t have to open main compartment all the time.
