SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING RATES

Malaysia
• West Malaysia: FREE for orders RM180 and above.
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): FREE for orders RM250 and above.
• Below these amounts, standard shipping rates apply and are shown at checkout.

International
• Singapore: RM50 (FREE for orders RM500 and above).
• Philippines & Indonesia: RM200.
• Rest of the world: RM400.
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping and delivery can be considered as two separate stages:
• Shipping (getting your order ready for dispatch): 3–10 working days, depending on the product type and stock availability.
• Delivery (from our dispatch centre to your address): within Malaysia 3–7 working days; international typically 5–14 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES (International Orders)
Import duties and taxes are NOT included in the product price or the shipping fee. For orders delivered outside Malaysia, these charges are set by the destination country's customs and are collected by the courier on delivery. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION
As soon as your order is ready to ship, we'll send you an email with a courier tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Actual delivery times may vary for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Customs & excise inspections – Goods delivered overseas are subject to customs clearance. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to determine how long a shipment will take to clear customs. We regret any inconvenience caused.
• High-demand items – Occasionally our reserve stock for a popular item is depleted faster than expected. In such cases we typically receive replenishment within 3–5 days, which may delay the shipment.
