Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (Malaysia) or 30 days (international), on items that are unworn, unused and in original condition with the hang tag intact.

All returns must be approved first — email info@traceystar.com with your order number. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping is non-refundable.

Non-returnable: Final Sale / clearance items, free gifts, promotional items (e.g. “2nd item @ RM1”), gift cards and personalised items.

International orders: change-of-mind returns are refunded as store credit; import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
